IG & Associates is a structural design firm headed by a licensed Structural Engineer based in the state of Indiana. We design structures like buildings and bridges for US based clients . Our services also include drafting, structural modelling and complete structural designs and calculations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Design Engineer located in Bangalore Urban district. The Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis and engineering, civil engineering, and computer-aided design (CAD) using AutoCAD and REVIT. The Structural Design Engineer will undergo intensive training in the US based engineering codes from the owner while performing the various projects.

Qualifications

• Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering skills
• Proficient in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD and REVIT
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet project deadlines and work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis software such as TEKLA Structural Designer, RISA and RAM
• Experience with working on US based projects
• Experience with AISC, ACI and ASCE7-16 is a plus.
