Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
Handle customer complaints, diagnose problems, and determine appropriate solutions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Manage and resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation
Requirements
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Proficiency in written and verbal communication
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Patience and a positive, customer-friendly attitude
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
