We are in search of a qualified Customer Care Executive with expertise in bot chat interactions to enhance our customer support team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will bring your experience in managing automated chat processes, ensuring seamless and efficient interactions. Your role will involve optimising bot chat experiences and collaborating with the team to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chat Support: Handle customer queries and concerns through chat interactions in a professional and timely manner.
- Customer Assistance: Provide effective solutions and assistance to customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Typing Skills: Demonstrate excellent typing skills to manage chat conversations efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate channels.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to address customer inquiries accurately.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, specifically in a chat process.
- Good typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Having excel knowledge
- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
