Caller

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller located in Chennai. The caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to Medicare customers to educate them about the advantages of using our platform, scheduling appointments, maintaining customer notes, and reporting customer insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate should possess the ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively using strong follow-up skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and call center operations
• Understanding of healthcare terminologies and medical billing codes is a plus
• Proficiency in regional languages like Tamil and Hindi is desired
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
