Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Lucknow. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and communication. The role requires the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and increase revenue through effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• New Business Development, Lead Generation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Previous experience in sales or business development
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 01-02 Years Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
• Co-ordinate efforts to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and performance using CRM tools
• Provide regular and insightful reports on sales performance to the seniors.

Salary : 1,20,000 - 1,44,000 CTC

Location: Gomti Nagar Lucknow.
