Role: Senior Service Delivery manager (Japanese Bilingual) Exp:15+yrs Location: Pune, Chennai, Bangalore
1.Minimum of 15 years of total experience in IT. Onsite experience working in Japan would be a PLUS 2.Engineering/computer science background with minimum 8-10 years of experience managing mid-large-scale projects in a multi-cultural/multi-national environment. 3.Understanding of Japanese business culture. 4.Good negotiation skills. Proven track record to handle pressure and delivery based on the priority. 5.Solid communication skills in English (and Japanese Mandatory-N3/N2/N1 Level) and ability to influence stakeholders at various levels including VPs and Unit Heads 6.Ability to deliver under pressure in spite of multiple challenges. 7.Go getter type of manager 8.Good Team player with proven collaboration skills. Strike out the balance between assertiveness and aggressiveness based on the situation. 9. Must have a technical background of application development in OOPs (Java, .NET)/COBOL/Other programming languages. Working knowledge of Windows/UNIX/LINUX. Passionate to learn new technologies around AI and ML. 10.Good understanding of Japanese quality standards and expectations of Team Productivity 11.Must have a good understanding of Financial Reporting, Contract Margins/Gross Margin calculations. 12.Planning and executing the recruitment to build teams from scratch. 13.Escalation handling and controlling the things to keep the impact to a minimal damage level. 14.Good understanding of Attrition Risk Planning, Appraisals, Bell Curve etc.Job tags
