Job description
Position: Sr. Sales Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2 - 5 Years
Industries: Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate/visit with existing commercialized customers.
- Conduct customer sales visits and submit formal reports to the management.
- Maintain a tracker for new enquiries, ongoing projects and potential customers.
- Maintain Quotation Tracker.
- Maintain Customer contact master.
- Handle customer complaints in coordination with the plant/technical team/QA team.
- Follow up for overdue payments and ensure receipt of timely payments from customers.
- Communicate with customers regarding rate negotiations and price increase.
- Coordinate with the plant for customer order and dispatch requirements.
- Monthly, Quarterly and year on year sales analysis. (Budget Vs Actuals)
- Periodic follow up with customers for customer feedback forms from the customers as per SOP.
Required Skills
Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
Salary: - Upto 5.00 LPA
