Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
- Taking care of entire Administration of the Organisation under the guidance of Management.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor costs and expenses of the Office Logistics.
- Oversee facility services and maintenance of activities.
- Organise and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).
- Maintaining Administration MIS.
- Maintaining vendor bill & payment details.
- Event Management - Organising all Major and minor events. Liaising with Hotels and clubs.
- Transport Management - Allotment of office cars according to the requirement. Taking care of Car Maintenance and Fuel. Renting cars as and when required.
- Liaison with Local Govt. Offices – Coordination with Municipality, BSNL, CESC, Local Police Stations and others
