Job description
- Customer Service: Assist customers with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan inquiries, account openings, and account maintenance.
- Financial Transactions: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and security protocols.
- Product Knowledge: Educate customers about the bank s products and services, including savings accounts, checking accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.
- Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products or services to meet their financial goals. Cross-sell additional products and services to enhance customer relationships and generate revenue.
- Financial Advisory: Provide basic financial advice and guidance to customers regarding budgeting, savings strategies, debt management, and financial planning.
- Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to maintain the integrity and security of banking operations. Stay informed about changes in banking regulations and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) policies.
- Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and account information. Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for account openings, loans, and other banking services.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
