Job Title: Senior Content Writer
Experience: 7 years
Job Location: Mumbai
Salary as per the industry - Develop content strategy aligned with the companys objectives of increasing website traffic and customer engagement within the product.
- Creates concepts closely with Creative Director and UX/UI designers through collaboration with marketing, business owners and product teams, to plan and develop product site content, email, social content and more.
- Oversees and edits content from third-party or freelance writers as needed.
- Optimize and manage content considering SEO and SEM best practices.
- Partner with analytics and marketing to analyze website traffic and customer engagement metrics.
- Lead brainstorming, developing, and publishing of content across web properties and social channels to increase web experience.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate the editorial calendar to align with cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner with the legal department to ensure that our content is in compliance.
- Stay up to date with personal finance industry and how it relates to our product, to generate new content for new and existing customers.
- Perform other work-related duties as needed.
Skills - Organized and good time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Excellent writing skills in English and creative writing.
- Proficient in MS Office and WordPress.
Qualifications - Experience in content optimization and brand consistency for digitally based product businesses.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience writing both marketing and product-oriented content.
- Prior work experience as a Content Creator and familiarity with social media.
- Experience in content optimization and brand consistency for digitally based product businesses.
