Integrated Project Management Services (IPMS) is a Mumbai-based team of experienced professional engineers specializing in Process, Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Layouts, HVAC, Cleanroom, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation. IPMS provides Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) services for Pharmaceuticals, Biopharmaceuticals, API's, Chemicals, Food & FMCG sector in India and abroad. IPMS has worked on Indian as well as international projects in all parts of the globe with experienced project leads.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Executive located in Thane. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for creating and managing purchase orders, reviewing and approving purchase requisitions, collaborating with vendors and internal teams, managing inventory, and facilitating procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in purchase management and procurement processes
• Ability to create and manage purchase orders and requisitions
• Experience with managing inventory and stock levels
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience in the EPC sector, especially in Pharmaceutical MEP, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
