Title - HR Manager - People & Culture

Location: Gurugram - Hybrid

The Role: As the HR Manager - People & Culture, lead culture revitalization, elevate employee engagement, and streamline recruitment efforts. Employ top-notch communication and strategic leadership to foster a high-performance environment, propelling the team towards unparalleled success.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of rapid headcount scale-up initiatives, fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment. Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall team productivity. Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including hiring, training, exits, and employee wellness, ensuring seamless operations. Establish and optimize HR processes, metrics, and systems to support rapid organizational growth. Provide top-notch communication, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with employees, stakeholders, and external partners. Lead a team of 8-10 HR professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive performance excellence.

Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven track record of 6-8 years in HR management roles, preferably within fast-paced, high-growth environments. Experience in leading HR verticals and managing end-to-end HR functions. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong leadership abilities, demonstrated by effectively leading and developing HR teams. Demonstrated ability to drive culture change initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture. Extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on identifying and hiring top talent aligned with company objectives and culture.
