Job description

1. Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to meet company objectives.

2. Manage and create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

3. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

4. Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new social media features, and best practices, and apply them to the company's social media strategy.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and content, to ensure social media campaigns align with overall marketing initiatives.

7. Continuously monitoring and tracking the brands' reputation on various outlets, e.g. social media, and booking channels. Search engines, blogs & and social communities, consumer forums, etc.

8. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance monitoring.

9. Monitor and report on competitor social media activities and provide insights for competitive positioning.

10. Implement and manage social media tools and software to streamline social media management and reporting processes.

Required Candidate profile

1. Minimum Experience 6+ Years

2. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

3. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.

4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging social media content.

7. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media performance data.

8. Familiarity with social media advertising and social media management tools.

9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple social media accounts.

10. Familiarity with industry trends and ability to apply them to social media strategy.

11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
