Job description
Job Description:- Identify revenue trends and work with teams to optimize intake.- Create reports and extract data from the database is required (including exports to Excel and some manipulation of data in Excel).- Analyze the workloads of roles and departments to ensure optimization of resources taking into accounting complexity of work and geographical reach.- Analyze existing and future property management contracts to ensure overall portfolio contracts are and remain profitable.- Assist the regional analyst(s) with the following :Perform comprehensive performance analysis of all properties in support of quarterly client communications.Analyze the financial performance of all properties monthly to determine successes and identify opportunities for improvement on an operations level.Collaborate with regional leaders to design and implement strategies to improve performance of portfolios.Create monthly/quarterly/annual reports as needed.Participate in operations reviews with the leadership team. Provide pertinent operations metrics and develop collaborative strategies for improvement. Participate in new business generation activities, including RFP preparation.Maintain report integrity and perform data validations. (ref:hirist.tech)
