The position / About the Job:
In this job the Human Resource Business Partner would be responsible for:
• Plan and drive a people plan HR focus areas for the supported unit aligned with the business strategy and People Strategy.
• Part of management team, contribute towards the strategic and commercial objectives for the organization.
• Ensure implementation of relevant Senwell HR processes, tools, and analytics.
• Drive and advocate for a performance culture.
• Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counselling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
• Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure Statutory compliance, Handling External Local Government Authorities
• Supporting operational activities for one of the Key units of Senwell.
Who you are -
A passionate Human resource personnel coupled with Networking and influencing, Stakeholder Management, analytical skills and should be able to work in Complex matrix environment, you act as a change leader, a strong communicator to bounce new ideas and to suggest solutions to senior managers/business leaders.
What you can be -
• You have 06-10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and minimum 5 years of proven work experience in the field of Core HR.
• Strong experience in dealing with People.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures
• In depth knowledge of employment legislations.
