Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Onsite IT Support Technician . The Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for our in-house developed vehicle tracking systems, software patching, and training the end client team. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting basic hardware/software problems onsite and guiding the client team on using our solution.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for providing technical support and assisting end-users.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications.
• Experience with desktop computers, printers, and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Degree, Diploma, or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
