Job description

Location: Noida and BangaloreTechnical Lead is responsible for architectural support of the Service Management product/tool suite. Rapidly develop application on the ServiceNow platform, applying innovative technical solutions to eliminate manual working.Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including: Application UI Configuration, Workflow Configuration- Design, configure and customize Service Now platform for client to implement/sustain the following modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), Change Management, Release Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog etc.- Integrate Service Now with other corporate applications via web services, mid server, email etc.- Development of required client specific custom reporting- Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, ADFS, SailPoint, Ping, etc.)- Interface with ServiceNow technical teams such as Cloud Infrastructure to successfully set-up the SaaS platform- Be a key member of the overall implementation project team- Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences Must Have Soft Skills :- Proven experience in leading development and implementation of Service Now solutions.- Advanced exposure to scripting on ServiceNow platform - Glide, Jelly, AJAX etc.- Experience with integration using Web Services, middleware etc.- Multiple end to end Service Now implementation exposure.- Proven experience working with other SAAS solutions/platforms.- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, XSL, Web Services, etc.)- Able to Read and understands XML schemas- Solid understanding of SaaS, client server architecture, SOA and web services concepts- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)- Strong interpersonal skills; customer-centric attitude; ability to deal with cultural diversityEDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:- At least 4-5 deployment/ServiceNow implementation.- ITIL trained, Certification will have an advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
