Job description

Preet Construction is seeking a highly organised and efficient Executive Assistant to provide extensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring multiple construction projects, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-ups. This role demands exceptional multitasking skills, with a strong focus on detail and the ability to work under pressure.

6 days Work Timing:

9:30am to 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities 1. Project Coordination and Monitoring: Oversee the progress of 7-12 construction projects simultaneously. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with site supervisors regarding project status. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure all project timelines are met. 2. Supplier and Financial Coordination: Monitor supplier activities, including the delivery of materials and processing of invoices. Keep track of financial transactions and updates, ensuring all bills and payments are processed on time. 3. Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and review reports and presentations, primarily using Microsoft Excel. Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO. 4. Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the CEO, employees, and other external partners. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in verbal and written communications. 5. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, files, and records. Develop and implement efficient documentation and filing systems. 6. Team Support: Assist in coordinating team meetings and events. Support team communication and workflow as needed.

Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Excellent command of English and Hindi. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
