Job responsibilities
- Track headcount movement and expenses and compare against budget (with help from finance) to identify areas of opportunity.
- Help coordinate agenda items and speakers/materials for weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings as well as prep speakers in advance of the leadership meetings and assist with curation of materials where needed.
- Track follow up items with various stakeholders (Controls, Compliance, Tech, Finance, Comms, Business, etc) from meetings (weekly, LBs, offsites) and bring to closure or further escalation.
- Backup when team is out of office by continuing to move deliverables forward and field questions from BCMs or other employees in org
- Facilitate BM discussions across AWM Controls for cross-Controls requests, issues, etc
- Project manage various Controls initiatives – either overseeing another PM or running point (e.g. TEAMS rollout, phone line decommissioning)
- Assist in driving key strategic priorities and programs to successful completion with tracking of qualitative and quantitative progress/metrics
- Drive communication strategy across AWM Controls with input from leadership team, AWM Communications, and other partners
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively summarize complex information in clear and concise reports and deliver it in executive level presentations with precision
- Experience in developing management reports/ updates and presenting to Senior Management
- Experience in project management to lead deliverables through entire life cycle
- Proactive and action oriented, with strong analytical skills and ability for problem solving
- Ability to build strong relationships across the organization's key stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Powerpoint and Teams) and SharePoint needed, with Alteryx/Python skills a plus
- Background in AWM and/or Controls preferable
