2. Develop and execute project strategies, budgets, and timelines.
3. Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards.
4. Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
5. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
7. Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.
8. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
9. Ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule constraints.
10. Foster innovation and sustainability in project design and execution.
