Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Role Summary
• Enhance the brand image and value of the company.
• Format Strategy to increase the footfall.
• Consumer research and understanding behavioral patterns.
• Brand promotions with strong ROI measurement tools
Customer Orientation Indicators:
• Formulation of strategies for the café launch and ensuring compliance with the same.
• Setting up a brand track module to ensure the qualitative customer experience parameter.
• Defining the touch points e.g. music, menu & signage, etc.
• Conducting mystery shopping analysis and reapplication to find out the qualitative customer experience.
• Ensuring the product awareness trial is done for all food & beverage product launches at the national level.
Financial Indicators
• Conceptualization, standardization, and deployment of the campaigns at the national level every quarter with output in approach
• Evaluation of the current media tie-ups & generation of new tie-ups at the regional & national level with a focus on footfall generation
• Ensuring the long-term partnership with all media channels at the regional & national level
• Ensuring compliance of the marketing budget by conducting a monthly review of the expenditure
• Ensuring the allocation of budget across planned tasks and adherence to the same
• Periodical evaluation of vendors at the national and regional levels and assess quality/cost equation
Process indicators
• Ensuring the brand strategic plans are rolled out across all the regions periodically
• Setting up the processes for the regional team support
• Ensuring the brand guideline propagation
• Ensuring the brand plan calendar is created & signed off on the scheduled time.
• Identify & manage the Agency/Vendor to fulfill the creative requirements.
