Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation with a strong focus on B2B lead generation through Google and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
  • Develop lead nurturing workflows, including email marketing campaigns, to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Implement marketing automation tools for lead scoring and tracking.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and website content optimization to improve search engine rankings.
  • Analyze website and social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, lead generation performance, and ad campaign metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Social media management tools).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of SEM, SEO, SMM & SMO best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing certification).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
