Job description
The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in conducting product demonstrations. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field.
Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with clients Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations Generate potential leads for future sales Set and exceed quotas Track and report sales in organized manner Communicate effectively with other members of team Requirements: Proven experience in sales management within the building material industry Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Strong knowledge of the domestic market and customer dynamics in the building materials industry Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse market data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools. Willingness to travel, attend industry events etc. Deep understanding of field and retail sales, An experienced hand in creating and implementing B2B2C sales will be preferred. Skills, Knowledge & Experience · Engineer / Architect / Interior design with Master’s in Business Management. · Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales operations within the building material Industry or similar industry. · Strong analytic & communication skills & Organizational Skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software · CRM experience (Salesforce, Leadsquare ) · Understanding/ability to work in a growing organization · Experience in handling B2B2C and retail will be preferred Role: Sales Operations Head – implement customer acquisition strategy for the domestic market.
