Primary Skill :
In-depth Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering Deliverables In-depth knowledge of ME Regular production activities. Excellent knowledge of paint shop, paint processes. Knowledge of Operations, Product knowledge of tractors. Secondary Skill : Experience of working with cross functional teams for leading operational deliverables Experience of working on new manufacturing technologies implementation Strong experience in handling multiple engineers Thorough experience in handling equipment procurement, installations etc. Ownership of industrial engineering deliverables, line balancing, efficiencies etc for one of the factories. Position Specific duties : 'Position will, lead team of 7-8 engineers and responsible for Overall ME OFP deliverables for a factory and paint shops. Drive improvements in process by working on VSM and manage capacities and MCT for the factory. overall , and maintain culture of continuous improvement on shop floor planning CI forums and exchanges. Maintain process accuracy by leveraging Process audits. Lead ME activities for material flow and warehouse areas. Responsible for procurements of equipments and cash flows and capital budget for a focus factory. Support continuous improvement in various areas of product Safety, delivery, efficiency and cost improvements. Responsible for PFMEs, mistake proofing and process capability improvement for the focus factory. Support key projects for storage and material handling equipments. Position will create cycle time improvement projects, process and tooling improvements. In assembly and paint areas Required skill : 'Creating Diverse, Equitable & Inclusive work environment Executing consistently Influencing Others Planning & Organizing Thoroughly Managing & improving processes Has in depth understanding of manufacturing engineering domain, understanding of operations Good Techno-commercial, Product/Process Knowledge Background in Engineering (mechanical, industrial) Mfg. Engineering Professional with strong industry background' Desired Experience : 'Experience in equipment procurement, industrial engineering, machining, performing decisions, cross functional projects Experience in planning, organizing, and implementing manufacturing facilities In-depth experience of managing mfg engineering activities like line balancing, facility planning, productivity, CI etc' Education : Graduate Engineer with 12-18 yrs of Experience, PG will be an added advantageJob tags
