Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing talented IT professionals on bench positions. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter
- Proven track record of successful placements
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and market trends
- Familiarity with job portals such as Job Diva and Monster
- Experience with Form W-2 and 1099 preparation
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for bench positions in the IT industry
- Maintain a bench of qualified professionals and actively market them to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
- Negotiate and finalize terms and conditions of placements
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to candidates
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets
