Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager in Rajkot. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers, as well as handling employee relations, benefits, and training. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, screening, and placing workers
- Experience in handling employee relations, benefits, and training
- Experience in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Knowledge of legal HR requirements, including equal employment opportunity and affirmative action
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of the food industry is a plus
