Position Specifications- We are looking for Senior IT Engineer (US shift) with the following criteria's- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments. - Implement and oversee Windows patch management processes. - Configure and manage network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and other networking components. - Comfortably work in the US shift to support global operations. - Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, On-prem Exchange, and Intune services. - Experience in Azure AD migration projects and Exchange migrations. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to server infrastructure and networking. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems. - Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and training purposes. Skills and Competencies: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in system administration and network management. - Proficient in Windows Server administration and patch management. - Strong understanding of networking concepts and firewall configurations. - Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, On-prem Exchange, and Intune administration. - Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent. - Proficient in English writing and speaking This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our IT operations.
