Role Description We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Retail Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually impactful kiosks and display units that enhance the retail experience for our customers. Your role will involve developing new ideas, creating compelling designs, and leading a team of designers to bring these concepts to life. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design innovative kiosks and display units that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall retail environment. Generate new ideas and creative solutions to drive customer engagement and increase sales through visually appealing displays. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective retail strategies and planograms that optimize product placement and maximize visual impact. Lead a team of designers, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to ensure high-quality design output. Stay current on industry trends, retail best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions. Utilize design software and tools to create mockups, renderings, and prototypes for presentation and implementation. Qualifications: Proven experience in designing and creating kiosks and display units in a retail environment. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and design. Knowledge of retail principles, planograms, and product merchandising strategies. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools. Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a team of designers. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
