Job description
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Creation of presales Solution Designs of Managed Services, as a Service and standalone services.
Analyse various cost elements of the solution, ensuring optimal balance of cost and effectivity of the solution in meeting customer needs.
Obtain all internal approvals before submission of proposals to customers.
Creation and negotiation of customer contracts until execution.
Ability to fit various services components/building blocks together to form services solutions that achieve business outcomes in alignment with customer requirements
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business goals and support services outcomes
Collaborate with various SMEs/3rd party vendors to arrive at optimized services solutions
Contribute to the effective management of risks and issues associated with solution designs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of customer facing experience in a services design role including presales,
Experience in Managed Service and as a service frameworks
Ability to synthesise terms and conditions of an RFP/RFI/contract to derive models to emulate risks, penalties, revenue drivers etc. with or without the aid of historical performance data.
Commercial and contract expertise on multi-million-dollar opportunities with multiple technology and service layers
Bachelor s Degree
Experience designing Global or multi-region services preferred
Experience working with partners to build a service solution model
Demonstrates the ability to lead presales opportunities including service models, response contents, commercials, tactics, and negotiations
Strong ability to articulate the business value of Services and convince a customer of such value
Work with customers to pitch the most optimal solution in conjunction with sales and account management.
Deliver a well-defined set of service design documents articulating risks and mitigation techniques in a timely manner while presenting an end-to-end seamless service
Expertise in pre-sales and support strong qualification of opportunities, managing sales and customer expectations about what we can deliver
Experience on service cost models including as a SaaS model and creating innovative commercials, working with leasing partners as needed, to drive competitive advantage
Support producing new content including design templates, proposal documentation and presales slide materials
Comfortable delivering solution presentations to Customers
Strong understanding of Break/Fix, Managed Services and outsourcing solutions, applying sound ITIL concepts
ITIL certification and ISO20000 experience and/or accreditation (highly desirable)
