Job description
Roles amp; Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing digital marketing solutions that align with their goals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for key accounts.
- Identify and create upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts, collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Lead client pitches and proposals, working closely with the business development team to drive new business opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to foster long-term partnerships and achieve client retention and growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, SEO, Paid Media, and Content, to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns that meet client expectations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to clients to optimize results.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies, and share knowledge within the team to drive innovation and excellence.
- Act as a mentor and guide to the client servicing team, providing leadership, and support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Education And/or Work Experience Requirements - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in client servicing within the digital marketing industry, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, with a focus on creating upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience leading successful client pitches and proposals.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and web analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing client needs.
