Key Responsibilities
To evaluate and undertake the end to end work on product as a Product manager for 1 or more products. Immediate requirement is for Sales CRM management
Design & implement user journey's, product features, CR, product upgrades, other requirements according to user feedback, user stories, business case, etc.
- To verify the fulfilment of all specified requirements and user journey in terms the above. This includes;
- Requirement closures/finalization & documentation & sign-off
- Design wireframes/UI journey
- Technical understanding document review
- To liaise with IT & business stakeholders to finalize efforts, cost, resourcing, timelines, support etc.
- To manage sprints, project timelines, involve & manage stakeholder as and when required
- To align testing team for defining test cases, end to end testing, review & sign-off as per documented expectation and level of quality as required by product/infrastructure/process
- To build confidence in the quality level of testing and also required measures to increase speed of testing, maintain quality and time to market
- Keep track of sign-off as well as go live timelines across on multiple requirements stakeholders across multiple products
- To provide sufficient information and keep updating progress to stakeholders/mangers to allow them to make informed decisions, especially regarding the level of quality, user experience, data level readiness, open issues, progress, reports, etc.
- To build and maintain a product roadmap and updating the same as per competition benchmarking, industry wide know how of new features, technology updates
Launch & Adoption
- To be able to define and drive adoption & usage strategy for launching your product and new features to users/customers. Track usage via various communication platforms, KPIs
- Assessing the progress and effectiveness of the launch and adoption efforts
- Conducting trainings, webinars for user groups, business stakeholders, sales support, training teams, etc., as and when required
- Implement processes for continuous training if required with respective teams
- Reviewing product at regular intervals, collecting feedback from user's/stakeholder groups to incorporate as product enhancement CR's
Support
- To be able to manage support & related activities and create a team as required
- To set-up process & define KRA's with stakeholders as required in order to streamline, update processes
