Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter (Non-IT) to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitments. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for non-IT positions. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Qualifications and Skills: - 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT domains
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with job portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of labor legislation and employment regulations
Roles and Responsibilities: - Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with the company culture
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Create and update job descriptions and job postings
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Provide recruitment support and guidance to hiring managers
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
