Payroll Executive

Experience - Min. 2+ Years

Working Days - Mon- Sat

Office timings 9am to 5.30pm / 9.30am to 6pm - 1st week of every month there will be a late sitting -max till 8.30 PM (depends on the work)

Female candidates preferred

Very good experience in excel

Roles And Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly Attendance Working and Co-ordinate with HR to obtain timely Monthly attendance, new joiner's, resigned, status changes information every month, check for discrepancies & ensure timely correct disbursement of salary to each Branches employee.
• Maintenance of employee database.
• Handling payroll and Attendance software.
• Managing advance salary, Bonus, Loans, Incentives, Over Time, Other Earnings etc
• Check Final Salary register with attendance and Input file OT, Arrears, Bank Account and Total Dues and Net Amount after statutory deduction.
• Checking the salary register with the master CTC which is maintained by us.
• Prepare Reconciliation statement at month end and take confirmation of employee on Traveling Advance, Salary advance and Staff Loan.
• Updating Leave record through attendance sheet & Leave application form.
• Maintaining leave records and updating leave cards on a monthly basis.
• Forwarding salary slip to respective employee through Email.
• Preparation of Full & Final Settlement of the left or terminated employee & workers on monthly basis.
• Preparing final settlement, Gratuity, leave salary and all employee benefits.
• Prepare and maintain statutory compliance like PF, PT, ESIC deduction.
• Ensuring statutory compliance PF, ESIC, PT are completed accurately and well before due dates.
• Taking care of all the issues related to employees and solving them to increase the satisfaction level of the employees related to salary, and other queries pertaining to their job profile, work culture, etc.
• Need to Know the compliance, labour laws, Proficient in use of excel
