Job description

• Preparation of monthly MIS and financial statements finalization of monthly provisions & review.
• Analysis of Product wise/ Centre wise profitability.
• Preparation of Budget and Projections.
• Preparation and analysis of Consolidated MIS for the company with Ratio analysis.
• Input to the Board with Cost analysis/ Profitability analysis/Market/ Cash Flow.
• Analysis of Fixed and Variable Expenses.
• Analysis of Profitability and Balance Sheet ratios

Skills :

• Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in real estate/co-working section
• Good working knowledge in MS tools like Excel and Power point
• Working knowledge of SAP preferable
• Strong collaborative & communication skills

Preferred qualifications

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant /MBA
