Job description
Summary:
Advanced Solution Engineer acts as the Product SME for all the customer facing teams. The primary responsibility is to troubleshoot complex product issues and file JIRAs which need Product/Engineering expertise.
Responsibilities:
As an Advanced Solution engineer, you will perform the below activities:
- Troubleshoot issues which the customer facing teams are unable to solve.
- Assist implementation team on issues impeding the customer onboarding
- Triage the High Severity/Priority incidents to bring it for closure.
- Identify & fix the gap in the existing solutions and documentation.
- Create knowledge articles to help the front-line teams.
- Should support 24/7 rotational shifts.
Technical Capabilities:
- 3+ years of experience on Java based Application/Product support.
- Debug the code in below technologies/programming languages: HTML 5, CSS, any JS Framework, Java, J2EE, Rest APIs, SQL.
- Analyze the logs in any of the logging tools(Splunk, Elastic Search).
- Knowledge on any of the APM tools like Newrelic, Datadog.
- Good communication skills.
Good to have:
- 2+ years of development experience is an advantage.
- Experience on SaaS based product support is an advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in supporting Accounting Integrations like NetSuite & Xero or CRM integrations like Salaesforce & Hubspot .
