This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Operations Manager. The Technical Operations Manager will oversee the daily maintenance operations of Residential Site . all technical Facility Operations, SLA management.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical must
• Experience in facility management or related industry is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
