Role Description

This is a full-time Administrative Assistant role based on-site in Amman. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for daily clerical tasks such as handling phone calls, communicating with customers and clients, and providing executive administrative assistance where needed.

Qualifications
  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using office equipment, such as fax machines and scanners
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
