Overview
The Field Sales - Associate Venue Partnerships role is integral to our organization as it involves building and maintaining relationships with venue partners to drive business growth and expansion. This position plays a key role in identifying new partnership opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential venue partners to expand the business network
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements in line with company objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized partnership proposals
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with venue partners
- Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility and drive revenue growth
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote partnerships
- Provide regular reports and updates on partnership activities and performance
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for venue partnerships internally and externally
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales and partnership development
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Exceptional networking and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
- Understanding of the events and hospitality industry is a plus
