Job Description
Payroll Management: Ensure adherence to company policies and practices in preparing salaries.
Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit top-notch talent for the store team through campus and lateral hiring initiatives.
Retail Store Productivity and Cost Management: Drive productivity initiatives within the Retail Stores to manage cost budgets effectively.
General Administration: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions of the retail office.
HR/IR Support: Provide comprehensive HR/IR support to the retail team.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence and compliance with all relevant statutes and labor laws.
HR Business Operations: Execute HR tasks such as transfers, promotions, and disciplinary actions in accordance with established processes and policies.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
MBA preferred.
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Resourcefulness in problem-solving and task execution.
Exceptional project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
