Zonal Sales Manager - South India Location: South India - HQ - Bangalore - Karnataka Industry: Medical Devices (Stents and Balloons) About Us: Concept Medical is a leading innovator in the medical device industry, specializing in the development, manufacture, and distribution of high-quality stents and balloons. As we expand our reach within the Indian market, we are looking for a dynamic Zonal Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in South India. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the South Indian market. - Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed sales goals, while ensuring professional development and high morale. - Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. - Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market feedback loop. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and new market penetration. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout sales operations. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. - Proven sales experience in the medical device industry, specifically with stents and balloons, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. - Strong understanding of the South Indian healthcare market, including regulatory and healthcare practice nuances. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire and lead a team. - Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies. - Willingness to travel extensively across the South Indian region. - Proficiency in regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) is a plus.
