Job Title: Senior Manager, Market Research and Consulting

Location: Pune/Kolkata

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 8-12 years in market research and consulting

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in Market Research and Consulting:

Demonstrate a solid track record with a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in market research and consulting.

Proven ability to develop and implement effective research strategies, providing valuable insights to clients.

Team Leadership:

• Successfully managed and led a team of 15-20 professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and growth.

Project Management:

• Oversee and manage both syndicated and custom assignments, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality research projects.
• Utilize strong project management skills to coordinate and execute complex research initiatives.

Cross-Vertical Expertise:

• Possess broad industry knowledge with cross-vertical experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Electronics, Aerospace, and Defense.
• Ability to navigate and understand the unique challenges and opportunities within each vertical.

Client Interaction:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery of insightful research findings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic recommendations based on market insights.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth market analysis, staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
• Develop actionable recommendations to help clients make informed business decisions.

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall market research and consulting strategy.

Qualifications:

• BTech in Computer Sciences, ENTC, or another technical domain, MBA Mandatory
• Proven experience in market research and consulting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of ICT, Electronics, Aerospace, and Defense industries.
• Proficient in project management and analysis tools.
