Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counselor. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for providing counseling and support to parents and parents-to-be through various communication channels, such as phone, zoom meeting and email. The Tele-counselor will also be required to maintain accurate records of the interactions and provide feedback to the product development team.

Qualifications

• Experience in counseling and support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of child development and parenting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
