Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will not only be instrumental in creative content production, visual storytelling, and design, but you will also be actively involved in crafting political content. If you have a genuine passion for design and a knack for video editing, we invite you to be a part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our creative team to understand project objectives and requirements
• Create visually captivating graphics, illustrations, and designs for both digital and print materials
• Edit and enhance video content, including cutting footage, adding effects, transitions, and audio, and optimising for various platforms
• Work on a diverse range of projects, from social media content and promotional videos to infographics and marketing collateral
• Maintain consistency and uphold brand identity across all design and video projects
• Stay updated with industry trends and explore emerging design and video editing technologies
• Efficiently manage and organise digital assets, including video files, graphics, and project files
• Ensure that projects are completed within specified timelines and meet high-quality standards

Requirements

• After receiving post or video concept need to put your own creativity and thinking to accomplish thought into reality (Mandatory)
• A proven track record as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing your design and video editing skills. (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and similar tools.(Mandatory all tools)
• Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. (Mandatory)
• A meticulous eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. (Mandatory)
• The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Effective time management skills to juggle multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent communication skills
• A Bachelor's or Diploma degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field is preferred
• Developing and executing content calendars
