Position Overview: Â
As the Lead Developer specializing in Flutter at JOOLA India, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust applications that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development, proficiency in Flutter, and proven leadership skills.Â

Responsibilities: Â
- Lead the development and implementation of mobile applications using the Flutter framework.Â
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, features, and timelines.Â
- Architect efficient and scalable Flutter applications while ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.Â
- Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and technical solutions.Â
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in mobile development processes, tools, and technologies.Â
- Stay updated on Flutter updates, best practices, and industry trends, and incorporate them into development workflows.Â
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and backend services into mobile applications.Â
- Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Â

Qualifications: Â
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.Â
- 7+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years of experience specifically in Flutter.Â
- Proven track record of successfully leading mobile development projects from inception to deployment.Â
- Proficiency in Dart programming language and familiarity with native Android and iOS development.Â
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.Â
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.Â
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Â
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Â
