Job Description: Executive Assistant and Operations is responsible as the main point of contact with vendor and other stakeholders, handling and analyzing all data related with vendors (invoices, subscriptions, documentations etc.)
Responsibilities
schedules to ensure timely execution of all major engagements
Technical skills required :
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel)
Qualification:
Any Graduate preferably B.Com
Must have good communication skills
Strong sense of collaboration with stakeholders both internal and external
Good team player
Proactive behaviour is preferred over-reactive
