Company Description Dynos provides K-8 schools with a comprehensive learning program that includes engaging digital content, frequent formative check-ins, and an integrated learning management system. The program includes guided lesson plans for teachers with detailed teacher notes, power point slides, and videos for all topics.
Role Description In this role, Dynos Product Trainer - Understands the Dynos learning solution and curriculum thoroughly and works closely with the Dynos schools and ensures the successful implementation of the product. - Regularly visits the schools in the assigned territory and collaborates effectively with the school administration and teachers. - Works closely with the product management team and provide feedback received from the schools. - Conducts needs analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post implementation evaluation on key learning metrics. - Provides training sessions (classroom or virtual) as needed to support implementation of Dynos learning solution. Required Qualifications · Prior experience in teaching or school administration. · Knowledgeable in utilizing or implementing technology in classroom. · Excellent communicator with verbal and writing skills in English. · Ability to discuss issues with teachers, school administrators or product management fluently in Hindi or English. · Ability to understand teachers' curriculum requirements and guide them appropriately. · Comfortable with technology such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom. Preferred Qualifications · Passion for education and interest in working for an education technology company. · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; business Fluency in Hindi and English language. · Natural problem solver and strategic thinker, comfortable with composing documents and sharing with the stakeholders. · Strong sense of customer empathy and customer-centrism; to convert relationship and value into advocacy.Job tags
