Position Overview:
The Corporate Technology team manages the IT requirements of the corporate functions within Squarepoint. We work with Finance, HR, Compliance, Legal , recruiting and other corporate teams to advise, solution design, develop and integrate systems into Square points' infrastructure. Some of our systems are designed from scratch and developed using Python and Web frameworks to produce bespoke solutions for the teams. Other systems are built to glue together commercially available applications to maximize automation of business processes.

As a developer you will work closely with our business teams to research requirements, design, build, test, and maintain solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with functional team on design and implement integration solutions across Workday's HR and Financial products.
- Partner with functional teams such as HR, Recruiting, Finance to streamline and automate data delivery and synchronization among enterprise applications.
- Experience with Workday technologies - Web Service Application Program Interface (APIs), Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Report Writer, PECI /PICOF, Cloud Connect, Configurable integration Security, Calculated Fields, XSLT.
- Experience with any of C++, SQL, java Workday, Salesforce integrations or Python.
- Troubleshoot and fix data issues within integrations.
- Determine ways to optimize/improve integration process as well as identify where functionality can/cannot/shouldn't meet user requests.
- Engages with 3rd party vendors as required.
- Good to have adaptive knowledge.
- Document and automate repeatable tasks.
- Managing multiple administration tasks simultaneously.
- Banking integration experience and the ability to troubleshoot integrations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer.IT or equivalent work experience.
- Must have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on development or integration experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as HR, Recruiting, Finance to streamline and automate data delivery and synchronization among enterprise applications.
- Working Knowledge of Secure SFTP transfers
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations.
- Able to demonstrate previous experience working with technical teams to optimize their use of tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities and capable to handle frequent interruptions positively.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
