Location: Hyderabad

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field of study.

Responsibilities:
Work with PLM Product Owner, Engineering, Manufacturing, Document Control and IT to determine and define the future roadmap for specific areas and applications pertaining to PLM.
Analyze business processes, needs, and requests and recommend, develop solutions using system standards and best practices
Conduct analysis of system and functional specifications and configuration then develop appropriate documentation,
Perform business process modeling, user experience modeling and basic technical architecture diagramming
Gather business requirements - Liaise with customer representatives to understand the needs of the business
Work closely with users to fully understanding their issues, requirements and challenges to help provide a solution that will be best suited for their needs.
Work on PLM solutions and integration solutions with CAD, ERP, MES and related applications, Document control processes and best practices.
Interface on a day-to-day basis with other analysts, business users, super users, and IT team members to support business operations and drive change management
Analyze the impact of changes to the corporate application landscape/enterprise Architecture.
Identify, and participate in prioritization of business capabilities and act as a catalyst for building mature processes.

Required Knowledge/Skills:

• At least 12 years of experience in architecting Teamcenter PLM solutions with strong Requirements Gathering, Functional and implementation knowledge and Customer Management skills.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing domain to understand how configuration of OOTB vs customizations would fare for different product companies within the same organization
• In-depth knowledge of the PLM process and principles and experience in working within a PLM team as a Process Consultant to help in blueprint creation for business – across streams like part classification, MBOM, Requirement Management, Change management etc.
• In-depth knowledge of various integration methodologies to integrate Tc with multiple Upstream, Downstream & Legacy applications.
• At least 10+ years of experience/ deep functional knowledge with PLM - Siemens Teamcenter
• Working knowledge of MCAD/ECAD/ERP/MES
• Understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing workflows pertaining to BOM, ECO, ECR
• Possess a strong business and customer focus with ability to interact and influence users and senior management.
• Knowledge and understanding of engineering & manufacturing processes, document control in an aerospace company.
• Detailed development of specification documents for development requirements
• Ability to work on multiple projects/initiatives for Solution design concurrently
• Experience with a deep understanding of IT Applications and Technology
• Must be a self-starter with effective analytical, excellent communication skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
