Role and Responsibilities

  • Acquire New Business: Contact owners of businesses in a B2B sales capacity to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Contact Potential or Existing Customers: Reach out to customers, inform them about products or services, and close sales.
  • Sales Generation: Take ownership of end-to-end sales processes to meet assigned targets.
  • Make Contacted Calls: Conduct a minimum of 150 to 200 calls daily to engage with potential customers.
  • Language Fluency: Communicate fluently in the customer's preferred language to better understand their requirements.
  • Effective Questioning: Ask relevant questions to gain insights into customer needs and close sales.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: Any graduate or master's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside sales or business development.

Required Skills

  • Tele Sales Experience: Previous experience in tele sales is preferred.
  • Strong Sales Skills: Possess excellent sales skills to drive conversions.
  • Verbal and Written Communication: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Linguistic Preference: Proficiency in Malayalam or Tamil language is desirable.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to: Manager-Inside Sales

Number of Openings: 1 (Female Candidates Only)

Additional Requirements

  • Good Communication Skills: Should possess strong communication abilities.
  • Sales Calling Background: Prior experience in sales calling is highly desired.
