US market Recruitment experience- Strong experience in hiring GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, universities, Network, Social Networking sites and other sources.
Experience with Direct Hire- Capable of getting Candidates on our W2( Working with vendors and CTC experience is not the desirable)Working experience with Applicant Tracking Systems – Job Diva/ Bullhorn- CEIPAL( Proffered) Maintaining database of candidates & maintaining good relationship with them
Working experience with Job Boards- such as Monster/ Dice/ LinkedIn and prior experience managing Job slots and Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals
Experience in Sourcing technical candidates and recruit
Great communication and soft skills
Decent technical understanding to understand technical requirements and source the appropriate candidates
